Flavoured Creatine
I bought the blue raspberry and orange flavoured creatine as the unflavoured one doesn’t dissolve very well with RIBENA and both of these flavours are nice and dissolve better. Will probably but only the flavoured versions going forward

Micronised Creatine Powder
Great product, easy to prepare, though it’s hard to scoop out once the container is half-empty—maybe consider a scoop with a longer handle.

Only just started to take
Only just started to take creatine, so too early to say how it's working for me. However, this creatine powder mixes quickly without any gritty after taste. As it's flavourless I can mix it into my isolate whey protein and enjoy the benefits.

Brilliant Product
Works as intended, 1 scoop a day is enough to get the effects it promises. The micronised form makes it really easy to drink, just shake it a bit and it will turn into flavoured water.

I’ve tried a few creatine
I’ve tried a few creatine products over the years, and Optimum Nutrition Micronised Creatine Powder is one of the best. The micronised formula mixes much more easily than standard creatine, with very little residue, and it’s virtually tasteless, so it’s easy to add to water or a protein shake. Since using it consistently alongside regular strength training, I’ve noticed improvements in my workout performance and recovery. The quality is exactly what I’d expect from Optimum Nutrition, and the large tub offers excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a simple, effective, no-frills creatine from a trusted brand, this is an excellent choice that I’d happily recommend.

Genuinely makes a difference
Being active in my 50s I started taking creatine as it seemed a universal recommendation from all sources of expertise. In middle age you take post-activity soreness in muscles and joints as a fact of life. But creatine counteracts that enormously with important factors of consistency and progression. Seeing my results my wife has also begun taking creatine daily, she was also spurred on by the advice of its benefits to menopausal women.
